INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Turn power on to circuit being tested.
  2. Fasten alligator clip to good ground.
  3. Pierce wire with probe and if the circuit is present, the bulb will glows.
  4. Repeat above procedure to test following wire, repair it accordingly when bulb fails to glow.
